What happens if I change my mind?
Returning and exchanging goods or making complaints of the goods is very easy!
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in written form (by e-mail) about your decision to cancel this purchase within 14 days from the moment of the delivery. If you have already received the item, you must return it intact, undamaged and without visible signs of use to the return address.
If you withdraw from the purchase we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of outbound delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Each order has a link generated at the time of sending of the goods for quick processing of your request. You will find this link at the very bottom of the automatic e-mail we send you once we have processed your order and have sent the goods to the transport company of your own choice. You will find the e-mail in your mailbox and it begins with the text:
